EULA - End User License Agreement

License agreement

Your use of TS-AudioToMIDI indicates that you accept the terms and conditions stipulated in this license agreement and warranty statement. Please carefully read these terms and conditions prior to the use of this software.

TS-AudioToMIDI is distributed as Shareware with a 30-day trial period. This means that you may try the unregistered version of the program for a maximum of 30 days from the day when you first try it, after which you must remove TS-AudioToMIDI from your computer. If you want to continue using the program, you must register it and pay for a user license. The license is valid for one single user only and cannot be transferred or resold.

You are expected to use TS-AudioToMIDI on your system and to thoroughly evaluate usefulness and functionality of the product before making a purchase. This "try before you buy" approach is the ultimate guarantee that TS-AudioToMIDI will perform to your satisfaction; therefore, you understand and agree that there is no refund policy for any purchase of this software.

You may give unmodified copies of TS-AudioToMIDI Trial Version Setup program to anyone, and distribute the TS-AudioToMIDI Trial Version Setup program in its unmodified form via electronic means (Internet, shareware distribution libraries, CD-ROMs, etc.). Anyone who thus receives and installs TS-AudioToMIDI that has been redistributed from you will be subject to the same terms and conditions of this License Agreement. You may not charge any fee for the copy, use or distribution of TS-AudioToMIDI, except for the distribution net cost. You must clearly represent to the recipient that TallStick Software is the publisher of TS-AudioToMIDI.

Distribution of the registered software and/or registration codes is strictly prohibited.

You take full responsibility for copyright issues and IN NO WAY TallStick Software is responsible for any violations of copyright infringements.

REVERSE ENGINEERING. You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the TS-AudioToMIDI in whole or in part.

TS-AudioToMIDI IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE TS-AudioToMIDI AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
